INFORMATON ABOUT PUBLISHED IN ONLINE JOURNAL OF IMAB:
The Editorial Board accepts for publications in the on-line magazine "Journal of IMAB - Annual Proceeding (Scientific Papers)", all materials submitted to the next Assembly of the International Medical Association Bulgaria (IMAB). Publication is allowed only for those presentations that have been submitted, approved and registered by the secretary of the corresponding session of the Annual Assembly. The articles for publication must be in English, according to the international rules and requirements for published papers.
After submission of the paper to the Journal Editorial Board it will be given to two independent reviewers for a thorough analysis and only after a positive review the paper will be proceeded for a full publication.

EDITORIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Instructions to authors for preparation of manuscript for publication in Journal of IMAB:
1/ Title of the article must contain:
a concise but informative title;
names of all authors and their affiliating institutions (Department, Clinic or Ward; Medical University, Institute or Health Facility; City; Country) indicated by numerical beneath author team;
2/ Summary: should be no more than 150 words. Provide 3-10 key words for indexing your article.
3/ Exhibition:
- Introduction: including aim and tasks; the introduction should state the background and purpose of the topic. Cite only those references which are strictly pertinent.
- Materials and Methods: giving enough information on the used approaches; the materials and methods or patients and methods section should describe materials or your subjects as well as the methods sufficiently in detail to allow other researchers to reproduce your study
- Describe statistical methods with enough detail to allow reproduction of the study by another researcher.
- Results: these should be given concisely; the use of tables and figures to illustrate the results is encouraged; the results which are presented in tabular or illustrative form should not be reiterated in the text, but only the most salient findings should be emphasized.
- Discussion: the presentation of results should be separate from a discussion of their significance; the section should not repeat results;
- Conclusion/s/: logically arising from the actual results;
- Acknowledgments: Grants or funding of the research from pharmaceutical firms must be stated in the Acknowledgements. Authors may also acknowledge institutional funding or grants as well as technical assistance and contributions not justifying authorship.
4/ References: Use the Vancouver style reference system recommended by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors. Number references  consecutively in the order in which they are mentioned in the text. The numbers should be superscripts in the text and the reference list. Journal titles of more than one word are to be abbreviated according to the Index Medicus or PUBMED style. Journal titles of only one word should not be abbreviated at all. "Unpublished observations" and "personal communications" will not be accepted as references in the bibliography and should be inserted in the text in parentheses. The use of abstracts from meetings is discouraged.

- Tables should be numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals. Cite each table in the text. Obtain permission to reproduce data from another source (published or not). Give each table a brief title. Keep tables to a minimum. Figures and tables made in WordExel should be transferred to a separate file.
- Figures must be submitted in electronic format. Each figure must have a legand. Any photomicrographs must have an internal scale  marker (do not give magnification because printing reduction will alter it). Cite all figures in text.
Photos and images are available as *.TIF or *.JPG with a resolution of 300 dpi, as separate files. 1 typewritten page is fitted for 6 photos measuring 8 x 6 cm.
- Use standard abbreviations. Avoid abbreviations in the title or summary. Aside from standard units of measurements, indicate the full term the first time an abbreviation is used in the text. Do not overuse abbreviations as they impede comprehension.
Provide the full Latin genus and species name (in italics) of all microorganisms the first time they are mentioned in the text and abbreviate genus name thereafter. For example, use Staphylococcus aureus the first time and S. aureus thereafter.
5/ Address for correspondence: address of leading author for correspondence and feed-back (address, phone, fax, e-mail). The e-mail address of the leading author/s/ is required to make a link page for direct contact with them by visitors to the magazine

Requirements for the program: maximum version Microsoft Word and WordExel - 2003; of vector images - the maximum version CorelDraw12.

All papers are edited for English usage and for conformity to the journal’s bibliographic style. Authors must pay the page charges at the time of proof correction and prior to publication.

PUBLICATION FEES:
All publication fees are payable in Euro by a bank transfer.
Fee: 180 Euro per published article (up to 6 standard pages, including short abstract, main text, tables, schemes, bibliography).
Papers for publication shall be accepted only after the positive opinion of three independent reviewers. After acceptance, to confirm the publication, the author/s/ must send the required fee (180.00 Euro per paper) a.s.a.p., not later than 1 month.
The Publisher of the Journal shall format the accepted paper and send it back to the author/s/ for final consideration with details for the bank transfer (bank, SWIFT, IBAN account).
Immediately (up to 48 hours) after receiving the manuscript with the approval of the author/s/ and a copy of the bank transfer document, the Editorial Board shall publish the paper in the on-line Journal of IMAB.

The published articles in full content will can be downloaded for printing as *.PDF file placed under the abstracts (from icon "Download"). First and second page of the magazine can be downloaded from the small picture on the cover of the magazine, top left of the web page of the corresponding number of the Journal. Full content of the magazine can be downloaded from top of the web page from "CONTENTS"after the whole volume of the Journal is completed.

INFORMATION FOR THE AUTORS:
The Author/s/ retain copyright of the articles and have full responsibility for their content, editorial design, style and scientific language. It is obligatory that the author teams specify the first author and contact author, if different.
Responsibility for the published articles, their editorial design, style and language must be taken by their copyright collectives.
The Editor-in-chief of the Journal is not responsible to the authors or to third parties and organizations for the possible losses, caused by the publication of the articles. The Editor-in-chief has the right to cancel the publication or to reject already published paper, if an evidence of violation of somebody’s rights or the norms of the scientific ethics had been announced. The authors and the reviewers are informed about this.
